Best known for Young Indiana Jones, Doctor Who, Paperhouse, The Emperor’s New Groove, Mothertime and Hallelujah Anyhow, he currently has projects in development with Walden Media, Jim Henson Films and Dreamworks. Guitarist Mark Simons has been active professionally for over two decades. He has appeared several times on National Public Radio and television and toured briefly as a member of the renowned Los Angeles Guitar Quartet. Mark performs as a soloist, in duet and is a member of the groundbreaking San Francisco Guitar Quartet. Mark Simons has trained with leading artists in classical and contemporary styles and is an honors graduate of the New England Conservatory, Tufts University, the University of Southern California and the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. Mark is the recipient of Fulbright and Peabody scholarships and was the winner of the Baltimore Chamber Music Awards Competition. | |
